Smoke App Prohibited Products List

Effective Date: May 1, 2025

This document outlines the categories of products currently prohibited from being sold on the Smoke App platform. This list is subject to change based on evolving federal, state, and local regulations, as well as platform policy updates. Smoke App is committed to maintaining full compliance and ensuring responsible operations.

Prohibited Categories:

1.Cannabis Products:

•Marijuana (including medical and recreational)

•All THC isomers (including Delta-8, Delta-9, Delta-10 THC)

•Synthetic cannabinoids (e.g., Spice, K2)

•Any products containing cannabis or cannabis derivatives above legally permissible hemp thresholds.

2.CBD Products:

•Any products containing Cannabidiol (CBD), regardless of source (hemp-derived or otherwise) or THC content.

3.Kratom Products:

•All products containing Mitragyna speciosa (Kratom).

4.Illicit Substances:

•Any substance illegal under U.S. federal or applicable state/local law.

5.Products Lacking FDA Marketing Authorization:

•Any Electronic Nicotine Delivery System (ENDS) product (including e-cigarettes, vapes, e-liquids) that has not received the required marketing authorization (e.g., Premarket Tobacco Product Application – PMTA approval) from the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA).

6.Products Listed on the Florida NDD Directory (Nicotine Dispensing Devices Attractive to Minors):

•Smoke App prohibits the sale of any product listed on the official Florida Attorney General’s NDD Directory. As of the latest update reviewed (based on data added up to March 3, 2025), this includes, but is not limited to, the following specific devices:

7.Products Banned by Specific Jurisdictions:

Enforcement:

This list is enforced through vendor agreements, platform guidelines, and a technology-driven filtering system that scans product information synced from vendors. Products identified as prohibited are automatically disabled for sale on the Smoke App platform.
